We offer a 7-day return window on eligible products. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

A flat return shipping fee of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount for eligible returns.

If the wrong or damaged item was delivered, we'll cover the return shipping cost.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos and an unboxing video so our team can assist you.

Once the returned item is received and approved, refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days.
