Refund policy
At The Pawdrobe, every product is thoughtfully made and packed with love for your pets. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- Tags and original packaging must be intact
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- An unboxing video is mandatory for damaged/wrong item claims
To initiate a return, please contact us with the following:
- Your order number
- Photos/videos of the product
- Reason for return
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Personalized/customized products
- Products purchased during sale or clearance periods
- Used or washed items
- Products damaged after delivery
- Pet accessories showing signs of wear, fur, stains, or usage
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If you received:
- the wrong item,
- a defective product,
- or the wrong size from our end,
We'll gladly arrange a replacement.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
OR - Store credit may be issued, depending on the case.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our end.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations may not be possible.
